Our Strategy, Sales & Marketing unit shapes the strategic direction of statworx and ensures consistent internal and external communication of our offerings, values, and overall company strategy. At the same time, it serves as the driving force behind acquiring new clients and projects.

Close collaboration between the three teams is a top priority for us to ensure strong alignment between strategy, communication, and sales.

As part of our Sales team, you will help establish the partner management function to leverage our network of leading technology partners for acquiring new clients and projects.

Your tasks

  • You establish partner management as a sales-driven growth channel with a clear focus on generating new opportunities through our leading technology partners such as OpenAI, Langdock, Dataiku, Microsoft, Google, and AWS
  • You identify, prioritize, and manage strategic technology partners and build sustainable and resilient relationships
  • You actively position statworx as a key implementation and consulting partner within our partners’ ecosystems
  • You systematically identify lead potential within partner organizations and further develop these opportunities together with our sales team
  • You initiate and coordinate joint go-to-market activities, co-selling initiatives, content collaborations, and lead-generation campaigns in close cooperation with our marketing team
  • You coordinate internal measures to meet partner requirements such as certifications or partner levels in close collaboration with delivery and HR
  • You organize and moderate regular exchange formats, business reviews, and joint customer meetings with partners
  • You establish transparent partner pipeline tracking and document all activities in a structured manner within the CRM
  • You analyze partner programs, incentives, and market developments and derive concrete actions to further develop our partner channel
  • You represent statworx at partner events, trainings, and networking activities

Your profile

  • You bring at least three years of professional experience in partner management, alliance management, or B2B sales of technology services
  • You have experience generating business opportunities through strategic partners and understand the mechanisms of co-selling models
  • You understand technology ecosystems, ideally in the cloud, data, or AI platform environment, and can clearly communicate their business value
  • You are confident interacting with sales, alliance, and management stakeholders on the partner side
  • You work in a structured and entrepreneurial manner with a strong focus on pipeline development and revenue growth
  • You have experience working with CRM systems and use them actively to manage partner activities and opportunity tracking
  • You have excellent German skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • You stand out through initiative, strong networking capabilities, and a clear ambition to contribute measurably to company growth through partnerships
