Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Your tasks

Focus: Designing end-to-end architectures for scalable GenAI and NLP AgenticAI systems
  • You work as a technical lead on high-impact customer projects and design Generative AI and NLP systems that address customer requirements in terms of performance, latency, cost, scalability, and overall system complexity
  • You design solutions for Generative AI & Agentic AI systems and take end-to-end responsibility for them in terms of functionality, maintainability, security, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • You regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer representatives, ensure close alignment, present technical solution concepts, and handle technical communication during proposal and acquisition phases
  • You guide less experienced team members, actively support their work, and provide constructive feedback and mentorship
  • You support the development of internal products, contribute to expanding our service portfolio, and assist in creating technical marketing and thought leadership content
  • You continuously follow the latest developments in NLP and AI, including new methods, tools, frameworks, and research, and apply this knowledge to deliver modern, robust, and sustainable customer solutions

Your profile

  • You have extensive knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, especially with respect to Transformers, LLMs and generative AI
  • You have led several projects in the past from a technical perspective
  • You bring experience in applying common tools and methods for handling NLP use-cases such as LLM APIs (OpenAI Responses API, Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry), Frameworks (Instructor, Langchain, Langgraph, etc), HF Transformers+Tokenizers, vector databases, model deployment, inferenceservers, MCP/A2A, and dataset creation 
  • You have experience in productive use of agent frameworks such as Langgraph, SmolAgents, OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, PydanticAI and knowledge of typical LLM-based workflows such as conversational AI, RAG, information extraction, tool-calling uses, and LLM-based evaluation
  • You acquired knowledge of, and ideally hands-on experience with, state-of-the-art approaches such as agentic RAG, graphRAG, multi-agent workflows, text2SQL, and code retrieval
  • You are experienced in designing software and cloud solutions across different environments, particularly for Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases
  • You are confident acting as a technical counterpart to customers and can communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and business audiences 
  • You work in a structured, independent, and quality-oriented manner and remain effective in complex project settings 
  • You are a strong communicator with good German (at least B2) and excellent English (C1 or higher)
